Important: Sports Physical Requirements for 2026-2027

Sports physicals are valid for 365 days from the date of the exam. Please note that any student participating in sports must have a current physical on file to be eligible to play in the upcoming school year.
Key Requirements:

• Annual Uploads: All physicals must be uploaded to Homecampus each school year.
• Resubmission: Even if your student has a completed physical submitted for the current year, it must be resubmitted for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year.
