Hello Chieftains! 

For all upcoming dances this year we need you to fill this form out. The following form is a dance contract that lists all rules and behaviors that must be followed at our dances. This one form will cover all dances and only has to be completed once a year and is mandatory to attend any and all dances. 

Dance List & Dates:

  • October Dance (Halloween Dance): October 23, 2026
    • Tickets are on sale starting October 12, 2026 in the student store at lunch
  • December Dance (Winter Dance): December 4, 2026
    • Tickets are on sale starting November 23, 2026 in the student store at lunch.
  • Spring Dance: March 12, 2027
    • Tickets on sale starting March 1, 2027 in the student store at lunch.
  • 8th Grade Dance (8th Grade Only): April 30, 2027
    • Tickers are on sale starting April 18, 2027 in the student store at lunch.
